The Dubai Chamber of Commerce has launched an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Label to encourage sustainable business practices in the region. Developed by the Centre for Responsible Business, the label helps organizations assess their ESG maturity and alignment with global and regional standards. Companies achieving the label benefit from enhanced brand reputation, investor appeal, and alignment with best practices.

The ESG Label, open to businesses established for at least two years, provides a detailed feedback report and a one-year certification. The initiative reflects a shift from corporate social responsibility to comprehensive ESG strategies, aiming to embed sustainability into core business operations. The Chamber also hosted a virtual roadshow to introduce the label and plans further sessions to engage the business community.
